Rejected petition Make hitting or killing cats a criminal offence, like it is a dog!

Someone in Newton Aycliffe purposely swerved to hit a cat he had a bad head trauma and he had a fit I went to try to save him but was to late all the time my 3 year old saw the whole thing asking question after question I don't think any 3 year old should have to see any thing like this!
