Trouble makers/Teenagers who refuse to go onto further education or an apprenticeship/YTS and instead of sending troubled teenagers to youth prisons, should be made to complete 2 years national service. This will teach them discipline, respect, self-respect give them motivation,
opportunities, skills, hope. All the things they say they are not receiving from the goverment.
