Rejected petition Begin operating completely driverless trains on the entire London Underground
Driverless trains are a reality in many advanced cities in the world.
Many of London Underground's lines are already able to be operated remotely. The DLR has been operating driverless since 1987 with an impeccable safety record.
They would be able to operate 24/7 for London without strikes.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
The London Underground system is operated by Transport for London, which is the responsibility of the Mayor of London, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You may wish to submit a petition to the London Assembly calling for a response from the Mayor of London. Details of how to do this are available here:

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
