To stop people breaking a chain in house conveyancing without reason. Twice experienced people backing out for no reason 2nd time solicitors costs and survey cost incurred and house not being marketed for weeks

We are now hundreds of pounds out of pocket as are the other family in the chain through no fault of our own. This is evidently quite a common experience and we need to change the law to coincide with Scotland.
Thank you to all who sign this petition...lets get action...this affects all people in England who wish to buy and sell a home.
