Rejected petition Introduce driver-less trains to the London Underground to stop future strikes.
The unions and tube drivers are holding London to ransom unnecessarily! We have the DLR which functions exceptionally well without human drivers. Why can't we adopt the same technology in the underground, thereby avoiding the chaos caused by a tube strike.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
The London Underground system is operated by Transport for London, which is the responsibility of the Mayor of London, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You may wish to submit a petition to the London Assembly calling for a response from the Mayor of London. Details of how to do this are available here:

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
