Rejected petition Stop Human waste rotting outside people home for two weeks.

A small bin should be provided and removed weekly, as the present system of leaving nappies of young children and incontinent adults for weeks is a danger to public health. Due the fact it attracts disease spreading flies which breed maggots in bins, feet from kitchens where food is prepared.
