Rejected petition Automate the London Underground network
The London Underground network has clearly demonstrated a total lack of willingness to engage in meaningful discussions regarding pay. Rejecting a £200-per-shift bonus, on top of a £49,673 a year salary is the clearest indicator yet that the Unions - and Drivers - are getting totally out of control.

Their behaviour has, unfortunately, been their undoing. London has had enough and it's time that the tube service is held to account for it's disgraceful handling of these pay related discussions.
This is not a ground breaking proposal; the DLR, Central Line, Victoria Line, Jubilee Line and Northern Line are already in varying states of automation.
