Important:

This petition was submitted during the 2015-2017 parliament

Rejected petition The Mayor of London answer to Parliament over the ill considered CS5.

The Mayor, has proceeded with the construction of CS5 into already heavily congested routes through which all forms of transport are forced to travel, whilst alternate routes are empty and unused. Justify the loss of income, increased pollution and danger to road users and residents of this scheme.

More details

The residents and other road users objections have not been listened to and the cycle lobby have been permitted undue and inappropriate influence in the promotion of this scheme along this route. Emergency vehicles are incapable of moving through and this will result in loss of life. London has been brought to a standstill on one of its most important thoroughfares.
