Rejected petition Expatriate benefit cheats and their accomplice's

Having seen many programs on TV where people openly admit how to cheat the system & get money for nothing (except for lies), it isn't fair on the tax payers or the people who are wrongly denied benefits. The current consequences are trivial or not applied & appear to do nothing to stop the problem.
