Petition Cap directors pay rise to less than the % pay rise given overall to staff.

With people complaining the income disparity between the rich and the poor getting bigger we should do something about this and share the wealth more evenly. If the directors/upper management want a pay rise, they need to give everyone else a higher % pay rise than what they give themselves.
