All drivers who are not registered within the UK must pay £25 on entering the UK to help pay for the maintenance of our rounds. This will be increased by £25 for ever additional two weeks they spend in this country. We have overseas HGV's using our roads and paying nothing into the system, We have to pay vehicle tax to use our roads so visitors and haulage companies should also pay if they wish to drive a vehicle that is not registered in this country.
