Rejected petition we need a cycle lane put next to the A386 Roborough to Yelverton stretch!

The road is national speed limit, many bike users use this road, rain or sunshine, because it is hard to overtake them on many occasions it causes congestion and cars/lorry having to slam on!
It would be safer if they had there own cycle path, this road is used by all road users.
