Petition Stop Natural England issuing licenses to kill, destroy nests or eggs of gulls

Like any wild bird, gulls and their eggs are protected by the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. This proposal to allow anyone to obtain license to kill gulls, their nest and eggs is crazy. Would you let anyone get a license to kill and destroy wildlife? Absolutely anyone? This is crazy.
