Petition Relax the smoking ban to allow e-cigarettes indoors

Public Health England thinks e-cigarettes are helpful in aiding smokers to stop and are calling for them to be available on prescription. E-cigarettes are not included in the ban on smoking in cars. Allowing e-cigarettes to be used indoors would attract smokers to at least try making the switch

If legislators believe it is ok to use an e-cigarette in a small enclosed space such as a car, when children are present, there is a case for allowing their use indoors in places like pubs, offices, cinemas and in airplanes
