Elections in 300 constituency seats based on the FPTP and 300 seats based PR system

PR would be based on each party's share of vote in each region

PR seats won by party in each region go to their best losing candidates with the highest number of votes in that region. If there is no candidate, they can nominate member

After regional PR allocation, 50 seats should also be allocated to party with highest share of national vote to their remaining best losing candidates at national level.
