Closed Protect libraries from council cuts

Nicola Morgan wants every 8 year old to join their local public library. But what is the point when hundreds of libraries have closed over the past year or so or at least had their opening hours cut? Book budgets have been slashed and volunteers used instead of professional librarians. Not on!
