Petition Create statutory requirement for BBC Weather to be provided by the UK Met Office

It has been announced that the Met Office have lost out in a tender process for the provision of Weather service to the BBC. The BBC should adopt a holistic approach and ensure overall taxpayer/licence payer value for money, otherwise they will pay twice, one for the Met Office and the BBC weather.
