Rejected petition Convited Rioters and Looters Mandatory Community Service Orders

All convicted rioters and looters should recieve a mandatory community service order in addtion to whatever sentence they recieve. They should be ordered to assist in various regeneration projects in and around their respective areas which will consist of cleaning streets and clearing rubbish and litter.
They should be made to give something back to the communities they have plundered and pilaged,
