In WW2, looting was a crime that carried the death penalty, with perpetrators shot on sight.
Given the fragile state of the economy and rising youth violence, I believe that Britain faces the biggest crisis since the aforementioned conflict. We cannot allow small businesses to crumble overnight, and allow people to be left homeless, because of the wicked actions of small-minded criminals. We must, therefore, allow police and business/home owners the opportunity to defend properties by any means necessary.
