Petition Allow terminally ill children/parent separated by family law have contact

My dear friend has terminal cancer and has not seen her son in 9 years, separated by bitter disputes. Her dying wish is to see her son but with only a matter of weeks before she starts her journey to paradise, we do not know if this will happen. Her strength has inspired me to want this change.

More details

Terminally ill parents/children separated by family law or adoption should have the right to fulfill their dying wishes and have contact and not wait until the child is 18 before they can legally be contacted. Let us help these children/parent be united and share final precious memories before they tragically pass. Let them have their final hug, their final kiss, their final I love you. Let these children/parent die with the peace they need. After all is this not their human right?
