Rejected petition Ban alcohol and tobacco for the same scientific reasons marijuana is banned

The government rejected the call for marijuana legalization because "Substantial scientific evidence shows cannabis is a harmful drug that can damage human health."

Given there is equivalent evidence showing that alcohol and tobacco is actually more harmful, then it too should be banned.

More details
