Rejected petition Take in more Syrian refugees.

There is a humanitarian crisis occurring in southern Europe and we cannot ignore it any longer. I believe we are obliged to heed the call of people in extreme need, especially on our doorstep. We have to rise above any small island mentality, and help these desperate people.
