Petition Deploy the Royal Navy to rescue and turn back migrant boats from EU shores

We must discourage the crossing of migrants from safe countries (such as Turkey, where the three-year-old Alan Kurdi's family were crossing from) in to Europe. The EU is able to offer refuge to some migrants fleeing persecution from Syria however the scale must be decided by EU countries only.
