Petition Open up empty property to the homeless and refugees.
In many cities in the UK property stands empty, producing no council tax and blighting communities.
This situation is morally and ethically indefensible when British citizens remain homeless and refugees need shelter.
It's time that empty property is made to work for the good of society.
