Petition Pressure to be placed on US government, to ban dolphin and whale captivity.

I believe it is our duty to protect animals. It has been proven that dolphins and whales that are kept in captivity, suffer horridiously. Therefore the UK government should place pressure on Seaworld to ban this practice.
