Rejected petition National Service - bring it back

Quite clearly there is a great deal of indiscipline in many of the youth of today, as demonstrated by the recent riots on the streets. There was never this scale of indiscipline when National Service was in place. Reinstate it. Possibly selectively by conditions set by the Government.
