Petition Make telcos who require you to be home, pay £50 fee if they fail to attend.

Too often telcos (BT, Sky, Virgin etc) require a home visit that necessitates a day taken in leave. If they fail to attend or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, they should pay a fee of at least £50. repeated failures would garner escalated penalties.
