Review the current dictatorial and oppressive planning and building regulations regarding private homes.
Allow individuals the right to build on their own land if the building is to be a private dwelling, and relax building regulations which dictate how a building should be, despite the wishes of the occupier, and the needs of the environment.
Allow self building on agricultural land owned but the builder. This is not intended for developers or corporate entities, but for the benefit of those who wish there own home, and wish to be able to build it themselves.
