Rejected petition Ban Rickshaws on London Streets

Greetings.

Take rickshaws of the streets of Westminster and enforce the law.

Firstly, they are a dangerous mode of transport which are not licensed, insured, or regulated. Secondly, we do not know who operates these vehicles and if they have any criminal convictions. Lastly, do we really think 21st century London is well served by these death contraptions?
