Petition I want to cap the rising house prices

I want the government to stop the rising house prices in the UK as they are rising so fast no one has got a chance of getting on the property ladder unless you are a millionaire or already on it First time buyers do not stand a chance something needs to be done we must get take action !!

In the south-east the property prices have gone up 50 grand in the past year and a half you can not get a two bedroom flat for no less than 225,000 which to me is crazy money when you compare compare it to Wigan when you can get a nice three bedroom house for a 100,000
I have just seen a prefab house go for 275,000 this house needed a lot of work you had structure damage asbestos in the roof yet is still sold for 275,000 the government needs to do something about this house prices
