Petition Tighten laws in favor of hospitality workers and their working rights.

I am fed up with having my personal health, lifestyle and mental stability controlled by my employer. Working 18-20 hour days, lots of physical strain, unsociable hours and oh look, I'm back in at 8am tomorrow..!? All for, sometimes, less than minimum wage, with no regular guaranteed break?

I have worked in the hospitality industry (pubs, hotels etc) for around 3 years, I've noticed over that time employees are receiving very little for what they give, not necessarily just by their wage but also their break times, hours between shifts, responsibilities, appreciation, often working for less than minimum wage because their employers found a loophole; and its disgusting that nothing is being done about it. It's time the employees in this industry stood up for themselves!
