Rejected petition England to secede from the United Kingdom

The government of the day to begin the process to enable England to secede from the so called United Kingdom; and to create a Parliament for England. During the process all monies (taxes) levied and paid in England remain in England. Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland will not receive monies (taxes) from England. All the elements of public life e.g. Law, Education, Health, Transport, Banking, etc; to be funded by the English tax system for exclusive use by English citizens; those from other countries will pay,in full ,for whatever it is they choose, if it is possible, to engage with. Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland will be considered as other countries
