To remove the attraction of young girls deliberately getting pregnant so they can use a child as a means to obtain welfare benefits & free housing.
By removing this option, it will help stop the cycle of another generation of children being born reliant on the welfare system.
Hopefully instead, by discouraging this option, it will give young females more of an incentive to go out to work, college, create their own stability & futures and plan for having children later in their lives.
