Petition Debate the need for professional jobs & training on leaving the armed services.

With being trained as a proffessional in the forces when people leave the armed forces they often float from job to job with no stable income which in turn can lead to homelessness among other things, please could we debate the need for training in a proffesion with possible work as an end result.
