We are experiencing unprecedented levels of theft, drug/alcohol abuse which result in the damage to the way we are having to live &keeping children from playing outside in the communal area,which is provided by RBK.We are continually having the amenity of quiet enjoyment of our homes taken away from us, by two residents,who through their determination to carry on this form of existence affecting all of the residents,who wish to live their lives with decent behaviour& within guidelines set by RBK
