Petition Scrap the 2013 motorcycle licensing laws discriminating against new bikers!

In 2013, new motorcycle licensing legislation came into effect, making new bikers unable to ride unlimited power bikes unless they take up to 3 practical tests! Each test cost around £110 per pop! This is clearly discriminating against bikers, who the authorities have historically had issues with.
