Petition Demolish the totally ineffective Local Government Ombudsman.

The council have not upheld the law or carried out their duty, which resulted in violence and imprisonment which could have been avoided had the council intervened. The ombudsman ruled in favour of the council when their is evidence that the council have been negligent. how can this be?
