Rejected petition Make all college courses free for 19-23 year olds as they are for school leavers

16-18 yr olds get free courses but no funding for 19-23 + yr olds. I believe there should be funding for this. Including , meal allowance , travel & course resources.

Courses are not cheap! Help the UK buy signing this and making it easier for older learners to take a step up the ladder this will make more skilled people to work
