Rejected petition To make basic life support a mandatory class in secondary school.

Surely the ability to potential save a life is one of the most important things we can teach someone. The time that is wasted when people await a ambulance and don't know CPR or what to do when someone is choking can be the difference between life and death. Why is it not taught in school?
