Petition Allow anyone to access their pensions. Restricting it to over 55s is ageist

I have an old pension (from a previous employer) that is frozen but at 34 I have to wait 21 years before I can access any of the funds I have paid in.

I have paid the money in and do not see why people cannot access their funds. It is only a small amount and it would really help now with a new baby on the way. I have another pension wity my current employer of greater value so this old pension will not affect my retirement. The government will gain tax on the money withdrawn. I have spoken to a lot of people about this and there are many in the same boat as me.
