Petition Remove ownership, of unused buildings, from offshore companies.

There has been an increase of foreign businesses, purchasing British properties with an idea of investment; this has an affect on the local area, increasing prices and changing the face of the local communities.
Many of these buildings go unused and are left in disrepair; some are grade 2 listed.

With a government body, these properties should be reclaimed and auctioned; using the monies gained to pay for both administration and repairs of these buildings, so there is no profit and no cost to the taxpayer.
This will allow many of these buildings to be saved for future generations.
