Petition an offence for your smoke to enter another persons home or to smoke near a child

At the moment the government think this is unenforceable. But to me it's black and white if someone's smoke is effecting you or your child they are causing your body harm and it's should be classed as any other assault.

Dr's and health visitors have said smoking causes cot death in baby's and it causes cancer so why should parents be allowed to smoke around children,the children have no say in the matter. If someone's smoke enters another persons home it should be classed as a criminal offence and if their are ash trays or a parent is caught smoking in the home with a child it should also be a criminal offence.
