Rejected petition Prohibit United Utilities from making adverse reports, on to your credit report.

United Utilities put adverse reports on to peoples credit files making it impossible for them to receive credit. Some people have worked hard to improve their credit score, in order to obtain mortgages. Now the water company has set them back years. With no way of removing reports for 6 years.
