As a mother of 5 children ages ranging from 17 - 10 weeks old I have had many occasions where I have had to treat them for head lice only for them to go to school the next day and come back with a head full again because not everyone is treating their Childs hair

it is unfair to parents who are spending hours doing their children's hair, while other parents do not bother and send their children to school tearing their scalps to pieces and so full of lice you can see then crawling, this I feel is neglect and should be recognised as such
