It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
It is clear from your petition that you are concerned about Azam and his safety, but unfortunately we cannot accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament are not responsible for finding people who are missing outside the UK. We can only accept petitions about issues that the UK Government or Parliament are responsible for.
If you would like the UK Government to work with other governments in Europe to look into what has happened to Azam, you could start a petition about asking them to do so. If you would like the British Government to do more to safeguard refugee children in Europe, you could start a petition asking the Government to take action, perhaps working with other countries.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
