Ban smoking within tourist attractions and activities aimed at children 16 years and under.

Because attractions such as theme parks, activity farms and children's playgrounds are open air they are not covered by the smoking ban. Children should be able to enjoy such activities without the fresh air being spoiled by cigarette smoke. They should also be prevented as much as possible from seeing adults smoke.
