The Human Rights Act is offensive to law abiding people. It assists Criminals, Asylum Seekers and illegal immigrants but does not protect the public. It needs to be replaced by a Bill of Rights which applies to the United Kingdom without European interference. David Cameron promised this and promises are to be kept.
