Recognize that the Government's new Mandatory Work Scheme for the unemployed contravenes Article 4 of the European Convention on Human Rights 1998, and as such is illegal. The mandatory work scheme, must, therefore, be abolished as it is nothing more than slave labour. State Benefits are a RIGHT not a gift!
