Petition Formally request that IHFFC investigate Kunduz Hospital bombing in Afghanistan

On 3 October 2015, the United States Air Force attacked a Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) hospital (English name: Doctors Without Borders) during the Battle of Kunduz. It was reported that 22 people were killed, over 30 injured, and on 8 October it was announced that 33 remained missing.

Médecins Sans Frontières had notified all warring parties of the hospital's location ahead of time and further notifications were issued when the bombing started but it continued for an hour. The hospital was the target, the bombing was deliberate, and therefore a violation of international humanitarian law.
The UK is one of 76 member nations of the International Humanitarian Fact Finding Commission.
