The home office are breaking families up and destroying marriages by not allowing immigrants to a right to family life!
More details
I myself have started this petition to raise awareness of the home office's awful rules and to prevent such practices being used in the future. I have been married to a man who was not allowed into the UK for a minor mistake made on his visitor application in 2009 as a result he was banned from being with his wife and child in the UK. My life has been in turmoil since this time and to date I still haven't been able to gain any entry into the UK for my husband. Despite representation from barristers his appeal failed. SIGN this petition and give my husband a chance to be a father to our daughter. Thank you.
This petition was rejected
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
We are not clear whether you would like the Home Office's rules to be changed, or just the way in which they are applied to be changed.
If you would like a specific change to made to the rules, we could look at a petition about that.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
